Confrontation

What is with Aussies wanting to verbally confront complainants in human rights cases? Asking a complainant to talk to them on the telephone is (obviously) illegal in British Columbia. The opportunity for the representative of the respondent to exert influence on the complainant is obvious.

It’s on my agenda to ensure the practice ends.
